Junior Mechanical Engineer
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior level Mechanical Engineer that wants to move into a Supervisory role. Manpower has partnered up with a Tier II Automotive Supplies company and seeks an Engineering Associate to head up their Launch Department. The candidate must have: At least 3 years as a Mechanical Engineer in the Automotive Industry Must have been either a Team Lead OR was Assistant Team Lead. Must have a Mechanical Engineering diploma Must be familiar with APQP, PPAP and Process Improvement Must have been involved in New Launch projects The Engineering Associate will be integral in the end finishing program so we do not require a Design Engineer. Experience in Project Management would be considered an asset Keep in mind - this is a Junior level position. The pay range is from $53 - $58K plus benefits and profit sharing program.
